Learn how to customize your property videos with logos, text overlays, background music, and more using our Video Studio editor.

The Video Studio interface - your workspace for customizing property videos
Media & Logos
Upload your brokerage logo, headshot, or custom images to brand your videos professionally.
How to Use
- 1Click the "Media" tab in the left sidebar
- 2Click "Upload" to select your logo or image file (PNG, JPG supported)
- 3Your uploaded media will appear in the panel
- 4Click on any uploaded image to add it to your video
- 5Drag to reposition, and use the corner handles to resize
- Use PNG images with transparent backgrounds for logos
- Recommended logo size: at least 200x200 pixels for clarity
- Position logos in corners to avoid blocking property views
Text Overlays
Add property details like price, address, bed/bath counts, or custom messages.
How to Use
- 1Click the "Text" tab in the left sidebar
- 2Choose a text style preset or click "Add Text" for custom text
- 3Click on the text in the preview to edit the content
- 4Use the toolbar to change font, size, color, and alignment
- 5Drag to reposition the text where you want it
- Keep text short and readable - price and address work best
- Use contrasting colors so text is visible over property images
- Position key info in the "safe zones" (lower third or corners)
Background Music
Choose from our royalty-free music library to set the mood for your property video.
How to Use
- 1Click the "Music" tab in the left sidebar
- 2Browse the available tracks and click the play button to preview
- 3Click on a track to add it to your video
- 4The music will automatically loop to match your video length
- 5Use the volume slider to adjust the music level
- Match the music mood to the property style (upbeat for modern, elegant for luxury)
- Keep music at a moderate level - it should enhance, not overpower
- All tracks are royalty-free for commercial use on social media
Elements & Shapes
Add shapes, frames, and decorative elements to enhance your video design.
How to Use
- 1Click the "Elements" tab in the left sidebar
- 2Browse available shapes and decorative elements
- 3Click on an element to add it to your video
- 4Resize and reposition as needed
- 5Change colors using the style options
- Use subtle frames to make text more readable
- Shapes work great as backgrounds for price tags
- Don't overdo it - less is often more in real estate videos
Color Filters
Apply color grading and filters to give your video a polished, professional look.
How to Use
- 1Click the "Filters" tab in the left sidebar
- 2Browse the available filter presets
- 3Click on a filter to preview it on your video
- 4Adjust the intensity slider if available
- 5Click again to remove or try a different filter
- Subtle filters often work best - avoid over-processing
- Warm filters work well for cozy homes, cool filters for modern spaces
- Always preview the full video after applying filters
Exporting Your Video
Once you're happy with your edits, export your video in high quality.
How to Use
- 1Review your changes in the preview player
- 2Click the "Export Copy" button in the top-right corner
- 3Wait for the video to render (this may take 1-3 minutes)
- 4Once complete, your video will automatically download
- 5The original video is preserved - you're exporting a copy
- Exports are in 1080p HD quality
- Each export uses 1 video credit
- Make sure you're happy with all edits before exporting to save credits
